The pub sub is quickest lunch yet good. Get it toasted with maybe cheese if you want. You can always check the fridge near the sub counter for the grab and go sandwiches. You can always toast them up in a microwave.

wheezy is dead again. honestly that penguin is just breaking down so much now. He has been stuck in a standing position for like 2 months with his mouth moving. He doesn’t rock back and forth anymore. Disney fixes him all the time yet he still gets stuck.

The secret to vlogging on Toy Story mania is a go pro. And you actually have crazy perfect timing as when you released this video they announced zootopia 2, lilo and stitch live action, the Snow White live action, and Toy Story 5. Along with Moana 2. Avatar fire and ice as well. We will lose dinosaur for Indiana jones and the entire dinorama area will become tropical Americas with a central/ South American theme. We will a coco and encanto ride in there.

You really should get out of the shopping center during vacation. You should try the history tour around the Orlando area. It’s centered around church street where the city was founded from literally 3 buildings a farmer built. The train brought so much. Even the place where Walt Disney himself announced the park is still intact. The old bumby hardware store is still up although it’s now a bar. Lake Eola is the center of town. The skyscraper district where the offices are is right next to it. Just a little ways over is Chinatown where there’s been a lot of construction. The new south downtown district aka SODO is getting there. The milk district is humming with activity. And winter park is really nice. You can always bring Luka to the science center as they have a toddler science program that helps them get a sense of early science.

How do you manage to go so frequently to Orlando? We will be going for our 4th trip in October next year, but we usually need 3 years to save. We’ll be staying at Pop century instead of Coronado springs this time. Any advice on how to get there more regularly is appreciated.

Some kids hate the characters for some reason but you do what you can to make them comfortable. My brother and me are the same in that we never do character interactions as I never really feel comfortable around them and my brother just screamed which turned into uncomfortable situations hence why we never do them. We watch from a distance but never interact.

The skipper is the one that matters as jokes can fall flat if they aren’t into it. I know they made a brexit joke a few years ago but not anymore. They aren’t really making big jokes right now as it’s almost election time and they don’t want to offend someone. It’s always like that as everyone is a bit on edge.

Actually expedition Everest is based not on Everest but Sauyr Zhotasy the forbidden mountain between China and Kazakhstan. There are zero successful expeditions of the mountain and it’s not even 1% explored. But definitely K2 is a likely candidate as it’s not called the roof of world for nothing. Ben Nevis is not even close to how tall these mountains are.

The kinder egg is totally different as it’s two small pieces of chocolate with a toy on the other side. It was to comply with the FDA standard. It’s not the scoopable chocolate that was originally depicted.

Gideon’s actually has a second location not at Disney simply go to downtown Orlando it’s right there no line no problems. Same cookies and cakes with zero line.

Technically Disney springs does have a plane but it doesn’t fly. It’s at the hanger bar. It’s more a display piece but you can get up to it and take photos. It’s jimmy buffet’s plane I think and it still has a bullet hole where he was shot at in Mexico once. It missed completely and hit the door frame. Although he was freaked out by it and left and never returned to Mexico. Disney bought the plane and it sits pretty much in that spot to this day. Also just a heads up the shark strung up at universal has a name, it’s Bruce, Steven Spielberg named it himself while the original animatronic shark used in the movie was named FUBAR as it always broke down and it was named that because it F***ed up all the time. It was turned to scrap after the movie as it messed up all the time and was rebuilt completely from the ground up for Jaws 2 which worked much better.

Swaddlers are just tighter and don’t blow out. They actually have a slightly different shape to stay on when babies move around.

After watching some of your 2023 Florida vlogs again and seeing the travel home day, I can't believe how quickly this trip has come around. I bet you're already planning for next year 😏 😅 I hope you got a refund for the first night stay of your Villa, and maybe something extra on top of that. Because, although you may have used the same company before, that was not acceptable, especially arriving late after a long flight. I can't wait to watch the rest of the series.

Yessss another year of vlogs! Hope you had a fun time

Stick with Cotton or polyester in Florida. It’s breathable and you don’t sweat as bad. Very cheap and comfortable too. Wool I would just get for a nice suit or big fancy event. Trust me the humidity really is bad here. Don’t bother to do your hair as the humidity eats away the products you put in there and turns it flat in about 5 minutes. Just brush and comb and you’re done although shampoo with a moisturizing shampoo and possibly conditioner too. Fortunately the weather has been stable for a while and pretty much it’s sunny with some scattered clouds with a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon, standard summer in Florida. Although it’s very hot.

If you want to really avoid the theme parks for at least a day or two go to Downtown Orlando for a while. The literal center of the city Lake Eola is really nice but it’s being built up since two new residential towers broke ground. The lake is a real time capsule of Orlando, one side is all upscale homes, you have condos and apartments on another, you have offices on another side, and the skyscraper district in the distance. You could try Church street named for literally the church there. It’s our historic district as most of the buildings there are from the 1800s but renovated to house bars and restaurants. I know the old Bumby’s hardware store is now a nice bar and restaurant but the old sign still is on the side of the highway, it’s one of the old timey signs that are painted on. Orange ave is a bit crazy as city hall is there along with several major companies with offices in skyscrapers. Winter park village is nice although mostly locals. I would also try Downtown Chinatown as it’s being built up and a lot of new businesses are changing the area for the better. It’s kinda Vietnamese and Chinese places together, but colonial photo and hobby is in the area so you could pick up a nice camera, camera supplies, or puzzles or games or models for Luca. It’s a bit pricey but it’s ok for what it is. The Skyscraper district I would avoid as it’s just major companies there. But it looks ok at night. International drive is fun especially with the wheel and star flyer, they literally built that area out pretty nice with shops and restaurants, and the wax museum, and sealife, all of it owned by Merlin.
